Welcome to PlantIDAI, a mobile application and associated services (“PlantIDAI” or “we” or “us” or “our”) operated by Mayimbe Network LLC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PlantIDAI, including any content, features, tools, or services provided via the app. By accessing, installing, browsing, or using PlantIDAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
PlantIDAI strives to provide accurate plant identification, care tips, and health analysis through AI and public data. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any identification or advice. Under no circumstances should PlantIDAI recommendations be used as a basis for eating, ingesting, or using plants for health, medical, or commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided in the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PlantIDAI. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that your use will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Your use of specific features (e.g., plant chat, reminders, health scan) may be subject to additional posted guidelines. These guidelines are incorporated into these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data.
PlantIDAI may offer a 3-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to all premium features without charge. If you do not cancel before the 3-day trial ends, your selected subscription (weekly, monthly, or yearly) will automatically begin and the associated fee will be charged to your account.
You can cancel your trial or subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of active subscriptions.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PlantIDAI after such changes means you accept the new Terms. Please check back regularly for updates.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use PlantIDAI for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
All content in PlantIDAI, including graphics, text, logos, icons, and algorithms, are owned by Mayimbe Network LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
You agree not to misuse PlantIDAI or violate any laws. You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, or automate access to our service.
You are solely responsible for any content (e.g., questions, uploaded images) you submit. By uploading, you grant us a license to use and share your content to improve services. Do not upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You consent to receive notices and updates electronically through the app or via the email you provide.
You may send us suggestions, but we are under no obligation to use or compensate you for them.
PlantIDAI may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for those websites’ content or practices.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PlantIDAI at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
PlantIDAI is provided “as is” with no warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy or uptime. Never use PlantIDAI for medical decisions, or to identify edible or poisonous plants.
Mayimbe Network LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes will be resolved in courts located in New York, NY.
