Terms of Use (RizzQue)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using RizzQue (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

3. App Functionality Disclaimer (Important)

RizzQue provides suggested phrases and conversation ideas for entertainment and convenience. You are responsible for how you use the content and for your communications with others.

We do not guarantee outcomes (dates, matches, responses, or relationship success).

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Engage in illegal activity or promote harm
• Create or share content that is hateful, violent, or sexually exploitative
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the App
• Circumvent security or access non-public systems

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertising and use third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob and consent tools). Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Purchases / Subscriptions (Only include if you have them)

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions:

• Prices and terms are shown in the App and managed through your Apple ID
• Payments are handled by Apple
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage/cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

(If you don’t have IAP/subscriptions, remove this section.)

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and code, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as allowed by law.

8. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], excluding conflict of law principles.
