This Privacy Policy explains how RizzQue collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the “App”).

A) Information you provide

If the App allows saving favorites, notes, or custom lines, that content is stored on your device and/or in your account if you use cloud sync (if applicable).

We do not require you to create an account unless explicitly offered in the App.

B) Automatically collected information

When you use the App, certain data may be collected automatically, including:

• Device information (device model, OS version, language, region)
• App usage data (screens viewed, taps, time spent, feature usage)
• Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data)
• Approximate location derived from IP address (typically city/region level)

C) Advertising data (AdMob)

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS, when permitted)
• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, conversions)

3. Tracking (IDFA) & Consent

Where required, we request permission before using Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking. If you deny permission, ads may be less personalized.

For users in certain regions (e.g., EEA/UK), we may request consent for personalized ads using Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). You can change your choices at any time in the App (if a consent settings option is available) or via your device settings.

We use information to:

• Provide and improve the App and its features
• Show ads and measure ad performance
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Troubleshoot crashes and improve stability
• Comply with legal obligations

5. How We Share Information

We may share information:

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

Some data (like aggregated analytics) may be retained longer in non-identifying form.

9. Children’s Privacy

RizzQue is not intended for children under 13 (or the age required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.

10. Your Choices

Depending on your region and device settings, you can:

• Control tracking permissions (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking)
• Limit ad personalization (device ad settings)
• Delete the App to remove local data stored on your device

11. International Users

If you use the App outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the App.
