Welcome to AI Copywrting (the "App"). These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your use of the App and its associated services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License

AI Copywriter grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business use in accordance with these terms. You may not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Subscription Plans

AI Copywriter offers subscription-based plans, each with different levels of access to the App's features and the number of sales copies you can generate:

• Starter Plan: $9.99/month, up to 100 sales copies per month.
• Basic Plan: $19.99/month, up to 250 sales copies per month.
• Advanced Plan: $34.99/month, up to 500 sales copies per month.
• Pro Plan: $59.99/month, up to 1000 sales copies per month.

Each subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize AI Copywriter to charge your payment method for the subscription fee until you cancel. You can manage your subscription in your iTunes account settings.

3.Trial

When you first install the app, you will get a set number of free copies to generate. This is only granted per device.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the App or any part of it without our prior written consent.
• Use the App to engage in any activity that is illegal or fraudulent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code through the App.
• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of AI Copywriter or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. AI Copywriter makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or services provided through the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Copywriter shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and notify you either through the App or via email. Please review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of State of Florida.
